Our 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for a Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items on final sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Personalized or custom-made items (if applicable)

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item(s) unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if paid by us for a defective/damaged item) may be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at indianclasicalmusic907@gmail.com with photos of the damage/defect and your order number. We will assess the issue and arrange for a refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
